Learn more on Organ Donation rules and how to register for Cadaver Transplants from Dr. Manoj Singhal & Ms. Reeta Dar

For patients with ESRD and on dialysis, the only hope for recovery is through a successful kidney transplant. Not many patients are fortunate to have related kidney donors, while many others are unaware of options available. For such patients, registering for a cadaver organ is the first step towards preparing for a transplant. Yet, many hesitate to do it because of the procedure involved, and the lack of proper guidance on how to go about it. In addition to this, the indefinite wait to get a suitable kidney, and the apprehensions about the success of a cadaver transplant often become a deterrent. Dr. Manoj Singhal, a kidney transplant specialist will explain about the procedure to register for a cadaver transplant and about the success of cadaver transplants. He will be joined by Ms. Reeta Dar who will guide us through the legal aspects related to organ donation from her vast experience with work related to organ donation.
