Vasu Sandur inherited this trust as a legacy from a group of ardent kidney patients, to carry forward their work of passion, with commitment and care. As President, he works with his team, providing medicines and dialysis consumables at a subsidized cost. They conduct interactive meetings and educational workshops with an aim to help patients manage their disease better. He had a kidney transplant in 1992 and took a contingent of other transplantees to represent India at the World Transplant Games in Sydney in 1997. This was the first time that India became part of World Transplant Games.

Under the leadership of Jitender Chugh, Human Care Foundation (HCF) works in the area of human welfare, with an aim to offer support, save lives, and educate people about serious health conditions. In the past five years, they have arranged for free medicines, all types of tests and investigations, supporting equipment like wheelchairs, walking sticks and many other aids. They have conducted blood donation camps with over 800 units donated, saving more than 200 lives. For COVID19, HCF was involved in sourcing and supply of PPE sets in Delhi.
